Honey, Apple, and Ricotta Tartine
Serves 1 (multiply at will)
Sometimes the simplest combinations are the most delicious.
1 slice rustic whole wheat bread
¼ cup ricotta cheese
4–5 slices of a tart apple
Maine sea salt
Slightly toast the bread. Schmear ricotta cheese over the toast. Layer the apple slices on top of the cheese. Drizzle with your favorite honey. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
