Smoky Poire Harvest

Makes 2 drinks
3 ounces pear brandy
2 ounces maple liqueur
1 teaspoon Smoky and Spiced Pear Simple Syrup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Glass: Stemmed wine glass or coupe
Garnish: 2 segments of grilled pear
Combine pear brandy, maple liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker and stir. Pour into a chilled wine glass or coupe glass with ice. Garnish with grilled pears.
