Spring Berry Smoothie
For those mornings that allow no time spent on breakfast aside from what a blender can do with a few ingredients, we recommend keeping it light and healthy with a smoothie.
3 cups mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
6 oranges, juiced
1 cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency (for a thinner consistency, add more orange juice). Pour into pre-frozen glasses.
