2 ounces Alchemy Dry Gin
1 ounce pineapple juice
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce orgeat syrup
Tonic water to taste
Combine all ingredients except tonic and cherry in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into ice-filled collins glass. Top with tonic and garnish with a cherry.
