Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baxter Blueberry Ale
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen Maine blueberries
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a simmer and reduce by half.
  • Remove from heat; let sit to room temperature. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Chef’s note: The blueberry flavors become more robust after 24 hours.
