Ingredients

  • cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 ½ cups cashews soaked and strained

Instructions

  • Soak your cashews in cool water for 30 minutes. Add soaked cashews and remaining ingredients to blender.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of cool water for desired consistency.
