Mix horseradish with soy or tamari in a tall glass. Add tomato juice and stir until horseradish is incorporated. Add Graze Celery Juice, lemon juice, hot sauce, and vodka. Add celery rib and ice, if desired.
For a mocktail version, simply remove the vodka. For a gluten-free version, substitute the soy sauce with 1 tablespoon tamari.
