Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter divided
  • 1 Hawaiian sweet roll
  • 1 Maine red snapper
  • 4 ounces fresh Maine lobster meat chopped
  • Dash of celery seeds

Instructions

  • In a frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter and toast roll until golden brown.
  • Remove roll and set aside. In same pan, add 1 tablespoon butter and warm the red snapper dog, then set the dog aside.
  • In same pan, add remaining 2 tablespoons butter along with the lobster meat, then sauté until warm.
  • Top roll with red snapper and lobster meat. Garnish with a dash of celery seeds.
