In a frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter and toast roll until golden brown.
Remove roll and set aside. In same pan, add 1 tablespoon butter and warm the red snapper dog, then set the dog aside.
In same pan, add remaining 2 tablespoons butter along with the lobster meat, then sauté until warm.
Top roll with red snapper and lobster meat. Garnish with a dash of celery seeds.
