saffron-infused vodka

saffron syrup

ounce
fresh lemon juice

dash Handshake digestif bitters
1
egg white
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice and repeat, then serve over ice in a rocks glass. Optional: Garnish with saffron threads and stamen.
