thick-cut slices of bread

–6 ounces cream cheese
4
–8 slices smoked salmon
2
–3 tablespoons capers
drained
1
small red onion
peeled and thinly sliced
Chopped fresh dill
Microgreens
Flaky sea salt
Instructions
Toast the bread slices to your liking. Spread with cream cheese, and top with 1–2 slices of smoked salmon. Scatter capers and sliced red onion over the salmon. Garnish with fresh dill and microgreens and finish with a little sea salt.
