Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin (try Bimini from Hardshore Distilling)
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce macerated strawberries see below

Instructions

To macerate the strawberries

  • Cut strawberries into small pieces and dust with a little sugar. Let sit for an hour, or overnight in the refrigerator.

To build the drink

  • Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  • Pour over rocks and garnish with one strawberry
