Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce white vermouth
  • 1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounce rosemary simple syrup

Instructions

  • Shake ingredients with ice, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass or coupe, then garnish with rosemary and a slice of grapefruit.
  • For rosemary simple syrup, just bring your simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water) to a simmer with a few rosemary sprigs and let it steep off the heat for 15 minutes before straining.
