cut honeydew melon

fresh tarragon

Espolòn Blanco tequila

ounce
fresh lemon juice

ounce
honey simple syrup
Instructions
Blend cut honeydew and tarragon until smooth. Shake with other ingredients.
Double strain over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a slice of fresh honeydew melon.
