Ingredients

  • 1 thick slice of jalapeño or more if you prefer
  • 1 small bunch of cilantro omit if you dislike
  • ¼ ounce agave or simple syrup
  • 2 ounces Wiggly Bridge Distillery Reposado Agave Blue
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce Cointreau
  • Glass: Rocks
  • Garnish: Jalapeño slice

Instructions

  • Muddle jalapeño, cilantro, and agave. Add remaining ingredients, shake vigorously with ice, double strain into glass, and garnish.
