Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces reposado tequila
  • 1.5 ounces beet shrub
  • 0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 ounce yellow chartreuse

Instructions

  • Muddle a few sprigs of mint into tequila (or your spirit of choice), add shrub, lemon, and yellow chartreuse, and shake with ice. Double strain over a large cube in a rocks glass, top with tonic, and garnish with fresh mint.
