- 1.5 ounces Acadian white rum
- 0.75 ounce beach rose simple syrup
- 0.75 ounce lime
- 3 drops sea salt brine
Instructions
- To make rose simple syrup, bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and add a handful of fresh rose petals, then simmer for 30 minutes. Strain, bottle, and store in the fridge.
- Use a lime wedge to dampen the rim of the glass, then dip in rose petal salt. Shake ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
