  • Whole ginger
  • White sugar
  • Hot Water

Instructions

  • Combine equal parts (by weight) whole ginger, white sugar, and hot water in a blender. Cap the blender and process mixture on high until smooth, about 2 minutes. Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
