Carrot and Turmeric Juice

Ingredients

  • 12 small carrots peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric fresh or dried
  • 2 apples roughly chopped
  • 1 cup sparkling water

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve and refrigerate for 1 hour. Pour into chilled glasses.
