- 1 ½ ounces Barren's Harbor Gin
- ¾ ounce sweet white vermouth
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce crème de cacao
- 1 ounce egg white
- Glass: Martini
- Garnish: Lemon twist
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 10 seconds. Strain into a tall glass, discard ice, pour cocktail back into the shaker, and “dry” shake the cocktail again without ice, for another 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and serve with a twist of lime.
