How long have you been bartending? 12 years

Cocktail challenge: The Long Story

What inspired your creation? I wanted to use Maine ingredients, so I picked local maple syrup and Liquid Riot’s Old Port Bourbon Whiskey, which is made right across the street from Luna.

And the name? My nickname is “Long Story Jory,” so I hope you come in and I can entertain you while you sip on your new favorite cocktail.

What is the weirdest drink someone has ordered? There was a gentleman that would order Campari and Bailey’s because he heard it was an aphrodisiac.
