AnneMarie lives on the coast of Maine with her husband, daughter, and two Australian Shepherds. In 2009, Ahearn founded Salt Water Farm Cooking School, a seasonal, hands-on school located on her family's farm in Lincolnville. She is the author of two cookbooks and countless magazine articles. Off season, she teaches local high school students fundamental kitchen skills and heads down to Mexico for several weeks to further explore her deepening affection for Mexican cuisine and culture.
