Madeleine Lee is a dedicated advocate for sustainable food systems and storytelling. Influenced by her Korean heritage and a food-loving family, Madeleine developed her passion for cooking and sustainability from a young age. A recent Bates College graduate in Environmental Studies, she brings hands-on experience with Maine’s food ecosystem, from urban gardens to coastal kelp farms. Through her food-focused Instagram (@foodiesontherhode) and work with nonprofits, Madeleine promotes plant-based, planet-friendly dining.
