Lemon Saffron Mocktail

Fill a glass with ice. Pour ¼ cup of saffron syrup (from Pear and Blue Cheese Salad with Saffron Vinaigrette) over the ice. Fill the glass with one of Maine’s many local citrusy sodas such as Maine Root’s Lemon Lime or Green Bee’s Lemon Sting.
