- Ice for shaker
- 1 ½ ounces local dark rum
- ⅓ ounces brown sugar simple syrup
- ¼ ounces Green Chartreuse
- ¾ ounce cognac
- ¾ ounce Ransom dry vermouth
- 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 2 two-inch cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Mix all ingredients except 1 of the cinnamon sticks. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice sphere and garnish with the remaining cinnamon stick.
