Ingredients

  • Ice for shaker
  • 1 ½ ounces local dark rum
  • ounces brown sugar simple syrup
  • ¼ ounces Green Chartreuse
  • ¾ ounce cognac
  • ¾ ounce Ransom dry vermouth
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • 2 two-inch cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Mix all ingredients except 1 of the cinnamon sticks. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice sphere and garnish with the remaining cinnamon stick.
