Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces cognac
  • 1 ounce nocino
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce Maine maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • One local egg white

Instructions

  • Shake hard and strain into a coupe glass with a dried orange wheel.
