A darn pretty little thing. We forage fragrant beach rose petals from the coastline and savor them as long as we can. Imagine the  essence of a deep inhale in a lush and blooming rose garden, in the form of the beloved daquiri.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Acadian white rum
  • 0.75 ounce beach rose simple syrup
  • 0.75 ounce lime
  • 3 drops sea salt brine

Instructions

  • To make rose simple syrup, bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and add a handful of fresh rose petals, then simmer for 30 minutes. Strain, bottle, and store in the fridge.
  • Use a lime wedge to dampen the rim of the glass, then dip in rose petal salt. Shake ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
