Sheep Soda

Similar to an Italian soda, this sweet and creamy cocktail has a refreshing fix in every sip.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces spiced hibiscus simple syrup
  • 1 ounce vodka or gin
  • 6 ounces plain soda water or seltzer
  • 2 ounces fresh sheep milk

Instructions

  • Non-alcoholic version: Omit vodka from the recipe and increase seltzer.
  • Fill a Collins glass with ice. Pour in the vodka, followed by the simple syrup, then add the soda water and top with sheep milk. Stir gently to avoid curdling.
