- 2 ounces spiced hibiscus simple syrup
- 1 ounce vodka or gin
- 6 ounces plain soda water or seltzer
- 2 ounces fresh sheep milk
Instructions
- Non-alcoholic version: Omit vodka from the recipe and increase seltzer.
- Fill a Collins glass with ice. Pour in the vodka, followed by the simple syrup, then add the soda water and top with sheep milk. Stir gently to avoid curdling.
