How long have you been bartending? 10 years

Cocktail challenge: The Common Ground

What inspired your creation? My husband loves Negroni and I don’t. I love rum and he doesn’t. So this is literally the “common ground” of a cocktail we both can enjoy together.

What is your cocktail ethos? Just keep it classic and let the drink do its thing.

What trend do you shy away from? 21st birthday shots can be the worst! The Cement Mixer, which is Bailey’s and lime juice, curdles immediately, and “friends” love ordering them for the poor birthday star.
