- 2 ounces mint-infused vodka
- 1 ounce white cacao
- 2 dashes Aztec chocolate bitters
- 1 ounce sheep milk
Instructions
For the infused vodka:
- Pack a 12-ounce Mason jar with fresh mint. Add vodka until the leaves are fully covered. Let sit for 6–12 hours.
For the drink:
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass or Mason jar filled with ice. Stir to chill; strain into a rocks glass. Serve neat, garnishing with cocoa powder or chocolate nibs and a sprig of mint.
