Yellow Jacket Jubilee

Developed by Vena’s Fizz House, this mocktail is bright like sunshine but has warm undertones of clove and spice. Seedlip Spice 94 is a distilled, but nonalcoholic, spirit from England sold online and at Bow Street Beverage in Portland.

Ingredients

2 ounces Seedlip Spice 94
¾ ounce Royal Rose cardamom-clove simple syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
3 drops cardamom bitters
3 drops Vena's Grove Bitters
1 ounce seltzer
Glass: Lowball
Garnish: Lemon twist mint leaves, rosemary sprig

Instructions

Build drink in glass filled with ice. Top with seltzer. Garnish with lemon twist, mint leaves, and rosemary sprig.
