Smoked Salmon Toast

Feature Image by Amber Rogals

This combination is often found riding atop a bagel. But it’s also great on a thick slice of white sourdough or English muffin toast. Some of the local options for ingredients on this list include Ducktrap smoked salmon (smoked in Belfast), Springdale Farms cream cheese (made in Waldo), and Goranson Farm microgreens (grown in Dresden).
