How long have you been bartending? 20 years

Cocktail challenge: The People Pleaser

Where did you hone your craft? I learned how to bartend in New Orleans, and I was able to put myself through school doing it part time.

What inspired your creation? I wanted a cocktail that would transition from summer to fall—there are plenty of warm days through October to enjoy this! Plus, I love the color green.

What trend do you shy away from? I don’t think ice cream belongs in cocktails. The minute you add it, it becomes dessert. Plus, it gets everything sticky. (Sorry, Katrin! LOL)
