Ingredients

  • 2 ounces saffron-infused vodka
  • 1 ounce saffron syrup
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 dash Handshake digestif bitters
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice and repeat, then serve over ice in a rocks glass. Optional: Garnish with saffron threads and stamen.
